Kungsörs Plast began with injection moulding in 1954 and with extrusion in 1978. We have a history of assisting customers with everything from product design and tools manufacturing to production. Not only can we combine injection moulding with extrusion; we can also mould, shrink, screw or mould different components into place.

Our unique competence lies in our ability to combine different production methods and in a unique knowledge of materials that enables us to combine different types of materials with each other. In our extrusion lines we can co-extrude up to four different materials and have them adhere to each other.

Our know-how of adhesion and merging of materials allow us to combine materials with different properties to produce sofisticated products in a cost efficient way.

In our factory we have 4 extrusion lines and 14 injection moulding machines with a clamping force of up to 500 tons, as well as a range of specialized machines for mounting and mirror welding. We can also offer solutions for rubber and GRP on request.

We are certified to  ISO9001 and ISO14001.

In 1996 Kungsörs Plast created our owm brand, KPS Petrol Pipe System, for products for filling stations.
